Vincentia Shopping Village, Vincentia
Located at 5 Burton Street, this project involves renovation works within the existing shopping centre alongside upgrades to the carpark. The scope focuses on enhancing the overall appearance, functionality, and customer experience of the retail spaces, while improving traffic flow, safety, and accessibility within the parking areas. The works are designed to modernize the centre and support smoother day-to-day operations for both tenants and visitors.
Hinchinbrook Islamic Mosque, Hinchinbrook
Located at 6 Wilson Road, this project involves the construction of a purpose-built place of worship designed to serve the local community. The development includes dedicated prayer halls, ablution facilities, and supporting spaces to accommodate religious, educational, and community activities. The design emphasizes functionality, cultural sensitivity, and a welcoming environment for congregants. Our scope of work also included assessing and developing the parking parameters to ensure adequate parking provision and compliance with relevant planning and operational requirements.
